Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 8 cups water
Instructions
1. Place the chicken in the Instant Pot and add the vegetables, salt, pepper and apple cider vinegar.
2. Fill the Instant Pot with 8 cups of water.
3. Close the lid and set the valve to sealed.
4. Set the Instant Pot to high pressure and cook for 2-3 hours.
5. When finished, allow the pressure to release naturally.
6. Remove the chicken from the Instant Pot and set aside.
7. Strain the broth and discard the vegetables.
8. Let the broth cool and then store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
