Instant Pot Boneless Pork Loin Recipes
Description
Pork loin is a classic dish that can be served for just about any occasion. This Instant Pot boneless pork loin recipe is simple to prepare and cooks quickly in the pressure cooker. The result is a juicy, flavorful pork loin that your family will love. This recipe uses simple ingredients that you likely already have in your pantry and refrigerator. You can easily adjust the seasonings and spices to your own taste.
Prep Time
This recipe takes about 10 minutes to prepare. You'll need to marinate the pork loin for at least an hour or overnight for the best flavor. You'll also need to allow the Instant Pot to come to pressure and then release pressure before you can serve the pork loin.
Cook Time
The pork loin will take about 25 minutes to cook in the Instant Pot. This includes the time it takes for the pressure to build and the time to release the pressure. You can cook a larger pork loin, but it will take longer. Be sure to check the internal temperature of the pork loin before serving.
Ingredients
- 2-3 pound boneless pork loin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork loin.
2. Heat the olive oil in the Instant Pot on the Saute setting. Once the oil is hot, add the pork loin and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes per side.
3. Once the pork loin has browned, add the chicken broth to the Instant Pot. Close the lid and set the valve to the Sealing position. Select the Pressure Cook setting and set the timer to 25 minutes.
4. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes. Then, carefully move the valve to the Venting position to release the remaining pressure.
5. Carefully open the lid and remove the pork loin from the Instant Pot. Allow the pork loin to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Equipment
- Instant Pot

Notes
The pork loin should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. You can use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the pork loin before serving. You can also adjust the seasonings and spices to your own taste.
