Instructions
1. Begin by prepping the ingredients. Chop the onion and mince the garlic. In a small bowl, mix together the oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper and set aside.
2. Turn the Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Add the olive oil, onion, and garlic and sauté for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the pork chops to the pot and cook for about one minute per side, just to brown the pork chops.
3. Add the white wine, chicken broth, and the herb and spice mixture to the pot. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and make sure the valve is set to “sealing”. Set the Instant Pot to the “manual” setting on high pressure and adjust the time to 5 minutes.
4. Once the time is up, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes. Then, carefully turn the valve to “venting” to release the remaining pressure. Open the lid and add the lemon juice.
