Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter or cooking spray.

2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and mixed vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
