Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 celery stalks, diced

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, celery, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
