Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for at least 4 hours or overnight
- 1/2 cup filtered water

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon probiotic powder
Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the cashews.
2. Add the cashews, water, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
3. Lock the lid in place and set the pressure release valve to "sealing".
4. Select the "Yogurt" setting and adjust the time to 10 minutes.
5. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
6. Open the lid and stir in the probiotic powder.
7. Place a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl and pour the yogurt into the strainer.
8. Allow the yogurt to drain for 15 minutes.
9. Transfer the yogurt to a bowl or storage containers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
