  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in the Instant Pot on the sauté setting. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.
