- 1/4 cup mirin

Instructions
1. Heat the vegetable oil in the Instant Pot on the sauté setting. Once the oil is hot, add the pork belly cubes and cook until they are browned on all sides.
2. Add the garlic and onion to the Instant Pot and cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, water, mirin and sake to the Instant Pot and stir to combine.
