Add the chicken broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce and smoked sausage to the slow cooker and stir to combine. 4. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours, or low for 8-10 hours. 5. About 30 minutes before serving, add the shrimp and parsley to the slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook until the shrimp are cooked through. 6. Serve over hot cooked rice. Enjoy!
